Jana S. Bergmann advises and represents clients in media and copyright law, trade mark and competition law and data protection law. Ms Bergmann studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum, specialising in “Business and Competition”, where she also dealt intensively with competition and antitrust law.

She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Dortmund with stations at Handelsblatt Media Group GmbH & Co. KG in Düsseldorf, where she gained her first important experience in a large media company. In addition, Ms Bergmann works as a proofreading assistant for the Faculty of Law at the Ruhr University in Bochum.
